I recently stayed at a beautiful Hostel in Cancun, Mexico called Hostel Natura and I wanted to share it with you!  If you’re touring the Yucatan yuou’ll probably fly in or out of Cancun and be looking for a place to stay for a few nights and if so, I highly recommend Hostel Natura!  Cancun has two districts, the downtown area and then about 8 km away you have the Hotel Zone which is right on the beautiful beaches of Cancun!  There are a couple of Hostels out there including a Selina and the famous Mayan Monkey and right across the street is the beautiful and quaint Hostel Natura.

From the moment you walk up to it you’l see why it’s called this as you are surrounded by lush vegetation, tree canopies and flowering plants of al types.  It’s built on top of a restaurant (which you get a great discount at) and as you enter and go up the stairs you’ll be greated by beautiful art and hand painted signs and surfboards which put you right in a positive mood!   It’s a small, intimate Hostel with great, clean rooms and excellent common areas.  The gem of the place is the Rooftop which has a kitchen and bar area, hammocks, swings, lounge chairs and even an exercise area to work out in while you stare out over the beautiful blue lagoon!

The hostel is mere steps away from the ocean and you can spend your time sitting on the beach during the day, chill on the rooftop later in the evening and then head out on the town to one of the many places to shop, party and eat in Cancun!  It’s literally right across the street from the Mayan Monkey which has entertainment nightly and a great pool you can jump into to cool off!

As you exit the Hostel you’ll see the Surfin Burrito which is open 24 hours and has delicious food which you get a discount on as well!  Tell Gustavo that Quinn sent you!!
