Sarabay Dance Company iin Sarasota, Florida is the best!

Rachel and I have both wanted to learn ballroom dancing our entire adult lives but unfortunately we both had spouses who were lame!  About a year ago we decided to start doing all of the things we always wanted to do and dance lessons was sat the top of the list!  We searched for a great teacher and found Souhad from Sarabay Dance Club in the Sarasota, Florida!

As soon as we entered the studio we knew we had found not only a good teacher, but a new friend!

Souhad is the funniest, kindest man and has a wealth of experience to share about dance and life.  He brings a multicultural experience from his Greek descent and dispenses not only instruction on dance, but wisdom about life as he twirls you around the dance floor!  We left every lesson with a huge smile on our faces!

Souhad also encourages all of his students (from 8-81) to show up on Friday nights at a local club where they hold dances.  We attended once and it was like stepping into a little bit of history!  A live band played Fox Trots, Swing Music, Walzes and More! It was a divine experience and watching Souhad glide around the floor with all of his differtent students form over the years was a magical, soul touching experience!

Recently, we decided to get back in with Souhad and get a refresher course before Europe.  We had a blast as usual and can’t wait to practice our dance steps all over Spain in September!
