Hey there, I’m John “Quinn” Flynn!

I’m a full-time digital “slowmad” who has been traveling the world for the last 4 years. I’ve lived in 11 different countries and enjoyed meeting new friends, learning about their stories and then bringing them to the world on Social Media. I’m the father of 8 children, a musician and recently completed my first book, “8 Ways to Be Happy.”

Quinn’s passion for humanity, his hunger for learning and growth and his simple way of breaking down complex scenarios all with a disarming smile have brought his videos to millions of beautiful humans all over the world.

After October 7th I decided to go to Cairo, Egypt and attempt to assist the Palestinian people. We built a large networking community and have been involved involved in every aspect of aid in Egypt and Gaza. I am currently traveling around the world raising awareness and fundraising for these efforts. I’m available for speaking engagements, interviews and podcasts.

Taabu Club

Taabu Club is our community center for displaced Palestinians in Cairo. It’s become a home for many of them, a place of refuge and community. We offer community events, field tripschildren’s activities, career training and support, therapy, and classes for things like art, music, dance, science and more. The communty center is run and staffed by Palestinians.

LifeBlood Foundation

LifeBlood has been on the ground working both here and in Cairo since the beginning of this genocide and we’re proud to say they have now achieved their Not for Profit status! LifeBlood focuses on assistance of every type including emergency food supplies, clothing, tutition and medical assistance, rent and cash assistance as well as by providing community events for both adults and children. It is a Palestinian run and staffed orogranization.
